of the Empire Wellness website (the “Site”) and any orders
placed through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order,
you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to
these Terms.

Research-Only Purpose
All products sold by Empire Wellness are intended strictly
for research and laboratory use only.
By placing an order, you certify that:

into binding contracts.

You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or institutional
purchaser handling research-grade biochemical compounds.

You will not consume, administer to humans, or otherwise
misuse the products.

You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and
local laws and institutional safety guidelines.

You understand that our products have not been evaluated
by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

No Medical Claims
The statements made on this Site have not been evaluated by
the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not
intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Empire Wellness is a research chemical supplier and is not
a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility under
Section 503A or 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

Order Acceptance & Shipping

All orders are subject to product availability and
acceptance by Empire Wellness.

We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion,
including where misuse or unlawful activity is suspected.

Shipping methods and delivery estimates are provided
during the checkout process.

Empire Wellness currently ships within the United States
only.

Payment

Payment is processed by a third-party payment processor
at checkout.

Empire Wellness does not store full payment card details
on the Site.

All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars unless
otherwise stated.

Customers are responsible for applicable tax obligations
associated with their purchases.

Refunds, Returns & Damage Claims
Default policy:
No refunds, reships, or return labels. If a return is approved
as an exception, the customer is responsible for return shipping
costs.
Damage claims:
If an order arrives damaged, photographic evidence must be
provided within 48 hours of delivery. Written approval from
Empire Wellness support must be received before returning
any product.
Replacement shipments are at the discretion of Empire Wellness
and are not guaranteed.
Address errors:
If an incorrect shipping address is provided and the order is
returned to us, the customer is responsible for applicable
re-shipping costs.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Empire Wellness’s
total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to
your use of the Site or any product purchased through the Site
shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise
to the claim.
Empire Wellness disclaims all other warranties, express or
implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos,
product descriptions, images, and the Empire Wellness brand,
is owned by Empire Wellness or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially
exploit Site content without prior written permission.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any dispute
arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or an
order placed through the Site shall be resolved in a court
of competent jurisdiction.

Empire Wellness may update these Terms from time to time.

reflects the most recent revision.
Continued use of the Site following publication of revised
Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions.
